Russia-focused IRC iron-ore concentrate output rises 9% in Jan–Mar

MOSCOW, Apr 30 (PRIME) -- IRC Ltd, an iron ore division of Petropavlovsk Plc, which operates gold deposits in Russia, raised its iron-ore concentrate output by 9.2% on the year to 522,875 tonnes in January–March, down 6.3% on the quarter, the company said in a statement Tuesday.

Sales of iron-ore concentrate increased 7.4% on the year to 527,365 tonnes. The company sold its products to clients in Russia and China.
